I have an older Ford ranger that is low mileage but needed a good bit of work. They helped me put together a game plan to get my ranger back into pristine condition.

I had major issues with my car, I called goods auto and spoke to I believe Mark and he said bring it in!! I explained that Insurance would pay for the tow but not a rental they said not to worry they would give me a loaner car and they did!! They took really good car of my car and kept me posted on what was going on with it, they ordered the parts and fixed it! Runs like a top. I will be a forever customer here, they were really nice, professional and explained everything to me! I highly recommend them!! Great place and awesome staff!!

I have taken multiple cars and trucks to Goods Automotive and have always had an honest estimate and transparent customer service. I always know that my vehicles will be well treated while at Good Automotive.

Back in November 2023, my Ford Edge showed signs of needing a big repair! My power transfer unit was giving out on me. I hate getting my car repaired, being a women the treatment can be good or annoying. I called and Good Automotive, I knew they had a good reputation and they did lived up to it. They checked it over, listened to what I had to say had my Edge done in the time they said they would. That was important because of my own commitments. Everyone was very friendly it was a better experience then shops. Sorry it took me so long but I wanted to drive around a bit… now I have things are running Great! Thanks Goods Automotive!

Great staff, friendly and ready to help!! They take care of us and always stand by the estimate. If anything additional is needed, they call and discuss it. Do inspections and give recommendations of possible upcoming maintenance needs. Love this shop!!

My Lincoln was in need of a 60,000 mile service. The Lincoln service manager told me that the cost would be about $1400.00. I had just had some work done on our Ford Explorer and was very happy with the service Goods provided. So, I asked Zac for a quote. He looked up the service requirements on the Lincoln site and he said that his 25 point inspection covered all the same service areas. Lincoln recommended 1 1/2 hours labor. He charges 1 hour for his 25 point inspection so that was what he charged. Luckly all the fluids were in good shape and all the inspections were good so that was the total cost, less than $300.00. I don't know if the service manager at Lincoln made a mistake or if he was assuming all the fluids would need to be changed, but I will take the Goods service cost over the Lincoln dealer cost everyday. Zac and the staff were excellent. The only thing Lincoln would have done that Goods didn't was wash and vacuum the interior, but I can do that for the cost difference.

Great mechanic, super good with communication and they were fast too. Really friendly guys I'd definitely recommend them.

I am skeptical of mechanics. I can fix my own stuff, but I have to wait for good weather. I was desperate. This is the first time in many years I met a group of honest and fair mechanics that I could afford. I have dealt with many mechanics that were either too expensive or shady. These guys are honest and trust worth, they gave me a price and stuck to it, friendly and communicate very well. I have more vehicles that I will bring to them.

Got my oil changed and lights fixed. Solid, trustworthy shop. Did a great job. Zach at the front was super friendly. Would use again.

Good Automotives is a great place to take your vehicle the people there are very friendly and honest and care about your vehicle. The crew at Goods Automotive took great care of my 99' Suburban and got it ready for a cross country trip. They were communicative, up front about prices (which were fair) and returned my truck in working order. I will only be using this shop for all future work. Thanks y'all!

Went in for a transmission clutch and flywheel plus a tune up expected about 6 days for parts and they fixed me up in 4 days plus fixed a few things I didn't know were wrong

I have had nothing but great experience with Goods Automotive. I was purchasing a used vehicle and they helped answer questions every step of the way to ensure I found the best vehicle that would provide me the most longevity and least in repair along the way. They have worked on several of my other vehicles. Their work is top notch and the prices are reasonable.

Great service.

My car was stolen during the holiday weekend last year and it needed to be towed to be repaired. Chiane heard my story and took on the case, constantly updating me on what was going with my vehicle better than my claims manager was. She was transparent about pricing, timeline, everything involving the end to end. My car is now back in my hands after some minor setbacks and it’s even better than the day I bought it. A HUGE thank you to the whole Goods Automotive team for being so kind and understanding with dealing with the insurance company and for fixing my car faster than the dealership would. When I need to get my brakes done, I’ll be back!

Without question, Good’s Automotive Services is the best automotive repair business in the area! They are all professional, friendly, family-oriented, and customer-focused. The front desk team they are polite, patient, and knowledgeable and will work with you to find a solution that meets your needs. During my many conversations with the mechanic team in the shop, they were equally as professional and patient and very helpful! They are my go-to automobile assistance and repair business, and I recommend them highly!

They were quick and had super fair prices on everything. Even went out of their way to make sure I had my car for the weekend! Appreciate everything they have done, my car hasn’t ran this good in a long time.

I called on a Friday at the end of the day. Told them what I thought the problem was. I was told to bring my car up and drop it off Monday morning when they opened and they would check it out. I dropped it off, they checked it out same day, told me what needed to be fixed, gave me the quote and I said lets move forward. They ordered all the parts and got it done the very next day. Not only did my car run great, but the service was amazing and the price was VERY reasonable. I would definitely take my car back for any repairs that need to get done.

I was referred here from Oreilly’s in Graham and what a blessing they are from the start. They have highly skilled mechanics and out first experience was a Subaru head gasket replacement. The service all through the process was excellent. The integrity and professionalism are what you expect....and you get. Price was affordable. Great place when you really an honest job done.

Honest repair shop with a great first inspection packet. It's thorough, contains car images (great for insurance purposes), and the shop has decent rates for services. The best thing is that they have reciprocity (kind of) with other stores that provide services, so it's easy to make a connection between professionals for a complete service. This is great since I need a shop for alignments, and it helps if I need to buy new wheels and am working on my alignment for my vehicle. Between the two shops, it turns into a complete wrap around service covering me from point A to B, so that I can ensure I'm prepared for safer road travels. I'll definitely be back. I really like that they're pretty intent with documentation and providing services that some other shops either struggle to provide or have the equipment for.

Car needed a lot of work, they were very kind and offered me different estimates for getting different amounts of work done. Brakes have worked great since!

Not only did they beat out other local auto shops with their estimate saving me at least 500.00 they were professional, courteous, and all around good guys ( did it again). I will for sure bring my vehicle and other vehicles there in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Goods Automotive Shop in Puyallup, Washington for some repairs on my Chevy sonic, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. From start to finish, Goods Automotive Shop exceeded my expectations in every aspect. First and foremost, the staff at Goods Automotive Shop are incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. They greeted me with a warm welcome and patiently listened to all my concerns about my Chevy Sonic. Their expertise was evident as they thoroughly inspected my vehicle and provided me with a detailed explanation of the necessary repairs.

We went to Good Automotive at the suggestion of a business that did body repair. Our Ford Explorer lost a tire due to another local company and their failure to correctly tighten the lugs on one of the tires. We ask Good to replace two AC lines that were damaged as a result of the tire accident. We can't say enough good things about Good Automotive and Zach. He used every option available to find the parts. The lines are no longer available new. He could not find them in any junk yard, and no one would braze the lines. Zach found a "cut of kit" that allowed him to shut off the AC unit in the rear area of our Explorer while restoring AC to the front area. While it isn't a perfect fix, I can't imagine anyone else spending all the time he did to find us the best solution . Zach and Good Automotive has earned our repeat business.

What I love about this place is the people are just real. Kaylee (probably spelled wrong) is warm and friendly. They are honest about repairs and what you need done. I love their wall of information where you learn a little more about their team. Finally, and to some most importantly very fairly priced. You don't feel like you getting overcharged at all. Love these guys!

I brought my wife’s Nissan Ultima and to have the AC system done, I wasn’t in a huge rush but they got it back to me after three business days working awesome and for half of what we thought the cost would have been, which helps me out greatly because I’m on a fixed income as a disabled veteran and my wife is currently going to college. Thank you Good’s Automotive for helping me out and for providing the veteran discount that so many businesses don’t. I will be using you as my go to mechanic from here on out, and have already sung your praises on the ride home when I stopped to get a drink in my nice cold car.
